Soul Full
featured: artist. Andre Harris / label. RealDEEP
Needing no introduction, KERRI CHANDLER has defined Deep and Soul Full house for nearly 20 years, beginning with his Madhouse Records imprint he started back in 1992. Providing an early outlet for such artists as DENNIS FERRER, JEROME SYDENHAM, ARNOLD JARVIS and ROY AYERS, Madhouse was always highly sought after, and we welcome the label which is now available on Stompy.com. The always solid deep house label Yore is back with "From the Depths of My Mind"; GREGORY DEL PIERO, WIL MILTON and SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS all contribute to a heavy remix package on STEPHANIE COOKE's "Old Friend"; NATHAN G & BLACKFROG enlist the legendary voice of BYRON STINGILY for Large which includes the satisfying MR V remixes; "Talking Drum" is the first release for new label Pronto Musique featuring MIGUEL GRACA; PEZZNER goes deep for Chillin Music with his remix of "Inside My Soul" from OM Records A&R man ALVARO ERNESTO; currently making big waves across every shore with his personal blend of deep house, Finland's ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ delivers another essential tune with his remix of SCOPE's "Love In Space"; SCOTT WATSON makes noise on Ospina Digital with his "Beneath" EP, as well as his remix on Baldeelox's "Downtown Sessions EP" which also features LEGO on the remix; DUBBYMAN and the lush sounds of his "Nothing" remix attract attention on Nowar; AUBREY takes a ride on the "High Pass Highway" for the illustrious Komplex De Deep including MASTER-H's sharp edged remix; and HIRO teams up with New York based BILLY SHANE for "Saay", a sophisticated piece of deep house with Matt Masters from Freerange performing remix duty.

Tek
featured: artist. Chistian Prommer / label. Dessous
Normally known for his Tek releases on the likes of Trapez and 8bit, BUTCH teams up with DJ and singer VIRGINIA for "Mass Appeal" and drops one of the most stunning house tracks all year, 'Free'. The whole EP has already been received by the likes of Hawtin, Tresher and 2000 and One, and the original is one of those tracks you can end your set with and just let it play until the end. And then start it over and play it again. ALEX SMOKE delves into more abstract and experimental territory with his much heralded album, "Lux" on his Hum+Haw label; Self Defence proudly returns with their second release, "Novowooks" from old-school techno veteran RUSS GABRIEL; JAY SHEPHEARD, MATTHIAS VOGT and C-ROCK all throw down remixes of MOTORCITYSOUL's "Cipher"; the ART OF TONES get funky with "Square Looqs" on Fresh Meat; Morris Audio celebrates their 50th release in fine form with the deep vibes of "The Man Who Sold His Soul" from the young and talented DEYMARE from Finland; ONNO adds some swing to his minimal sound on "After School Special" for Upon You; after receiving so much support from Italy, Cecille gives back and celebrates the whole country with their "Cecille Italy" compilation of minimal, funky, moody house all from Italian producers; as expected, Freerange turns out another hit, "I Need" from POL_ON with a SALVATORE FREDA remix; ALEJANDRO VIVANCO releases his two-tracker "Roots" for the Mobilee sublabel Leena; Dirtybird-er WORTHY remixes HECTOR COUTO's "Coco Loco" on his Anabatic label; ALLAND BYALLO and JAMIE ANDERSON both remix "Old Shamanic Ritual" from ONIONZ; SAMUEL L SESSION remixes MIKAEL STAVOSTRAND's "How to Be" on Highgrade; and LAYO & BUSHWACKA, JOESKI, and the team of DYED SOUNDOROM & SHONKY deliver remixes of TILL VON SEIN's "Sundowna" for Guy Gerber's impressionable Supplement Facts imprint.

Down-N-Out
featured: artist. Supersonic Lovers / label. Red Music Records
Described as the 'follow up to MGMT and Empire Of The Sun', there is not much left to say about THE PHENOMENAL HAND CLAP BAND from NYC. Blogs, music mags and everybody else raved about this new 8-member psychedelic funk future hippie combo, and their new maxi for Gomma, "Baby" is one of the many reasons why. After 5 years of nothing but remixes, Q-BURNS ABSTRACT MESSAGE drops his first original EP in the same amount of time, "Chainsaw", on his Eight-Tracks imprint; MOUNAM, the female presence for The Dynamics, shares her first 45 with the world, "What Needs Mama", an irresistible groove with a 70's funk feel; really cool sounds emanating from DER DRITTE RAUM's "Rosa Rausch" on Save to Disc; currently preparing his first solo album with Prins Thomas, MARIUS VAREID gives a little taste with "Vallefaret", and also includes a BLACKBELT ANDERSEN remix; and having worked with Dixon and Jazzanova, GEORG LEVIN is no stranger to great music, and his hit single "In My Car" is released on Sonar Kollektiv, with a DJ Spinna remix in the pipeline.
