GENE FARRIS has been on a big comeback, with his latest releases being charted and played by nearly everyone. "Back And Forth Pt 2" is the next batch of essential remixes from MARK FARINA, WALLY CALLERIO, JASON HODGES, DJ FRIQUE and BROADWAY & WILSON. Blockhead also keeps up their tear with "Tap Dancing Freaks" from DARIUS SYROSSIAN; Kinjo have known they've had a hit on their hands, since promos of the "Big Band Theory" have been floating around and getting heavy play; Maracuja has another "Sure Shot" from ARCO, HOODFELLAS and THANO VESSI; VERNON & DACOSTA's new label Homecoming release their sophomore release "Jabadance"; the classic horns of JOHNNY FIASCO get "ReJacked" for the second time; more jazz of the swing variety on "When the Saints Go Marching", which also includes a JMC remix; Jump Recordings new spinoff "Beat Bum" kick it off with label boss ARTURO GARCES; KINKY MOVEMENT "Remembers" how to bounce on Funkfield with their new EP; Shak Digital drop "Beautiful Dream" from MARKUS FERDINAND, and rising stars WATTIE GREEN, MEL ROSARIO, NONFICTION, CHRIS VENCH, and CHRIS QUADRANT all offer reworks on this excellent package; and Guesthouse comes rolling through town packing two giant releases--DOM MARTIN's debut solo EP "See the Light", and the "Sonny Side Up Remixes" featuring the jackin' All-Stars, GRAMOPHONEDZIE, MONOMAN, JASON HODGES, JEFF SERVICE and CHRIS SIMMONDS.

A master of deep house, RICK WADE has been holding it down from Detroit since the early '90's, and he's still turning out impressionable cuts like his "Duke of Cologne" EP for Yore that continue his legacy as one of the best. The Rurals' ANDY COMPTON takes it deep and Soul Full with "Where I Want to Be", with impressive remixes from MATTHEW BANDY, BITTERSUITE, and BAZIL; EMAN & DOC LINK's "Brown Sugar" is remixed by DJ SMASH, DJ ROMAIN, and WALLY CALLERIO; Nordic Trax saddles up as two of the biggest names in Canadian house, NEIGHBOUR & JON DELERIOUS, collaborate for the first time ever on "The Calgary Connection"; CHARLES WEBSTER digs deep for "Strictly Rhythms Vol 4", which includes 5 exclusive edits from Charles for this compilation only; a team that's had a banner year, KAROL XVII & MB VALENCE, strike another "Minor Chords EP" on their Loco Records label; PERSPEX PEOPLE join forces with Kula Records for the Soul Full and funky house single, "No Giving Up", with CONAN LIQUID, JON MILSON, and ZWEIKLANG providing remixes; "Got A Minute" on Philpot is the second strike from THE MISSING LINX, aka Soulphiction and MK, and as with previous releases, this one is in perfect form; our man JONN HAWLEY steps up to the big time with his "Soul Dweller" EP on Large Music, and with the help of vocalists JAY THOMAS and FOURFEET, Jonn takes it back to some deep underground house; we've added a bunch more releases from KERRI CHANDLER's classic Madhouse label; and originally released in 2002, FRANCK ROGER & DJ DEEP's timeless "In & Out EP" gets its digital reissue on Straight Up.

London based producer TIM GREEN doesn't turn in many filler tracks--when he puts it out there its going to be strong, just check his "99" remix of Cassius that has shot up to the Top 10 in an instant. International Freakshow is the latest label to recognize this with Tim's sophistically crafted "Iotan". Safari Electronique return with another label debut, this time its the turn of one of the key movers and shakers of the Amsterdam House scene, DAVID LABEIJ, with his EP "Ey Ey"; CHOPSTICK & JOHAN's fire up a microphone, a rhodes, a bass and some drums, and turn out the dirty single "Keep On Keepin" with TILL VON SEIN & AERA remixing this modern day classic; Delikat release a little hommage to the good old detroit and chicago house era inspired by classic drum machines with WASSABBE's "Lookin Back EP"; after his 2009 album on Archipel, the label is proud for the return of VINCENT CASANOVA and present his latest EP, "Bohemian Cybernetics", full of bounce and hop; NICO PURMAN's single "All That Glitters Ain't Gold" is dropped on Vakant; proving that there's more to Brazil than feathers and samba, RULIAN ROSS draws from the cozy dancefloors for "The It EP" on Minoi, exclusive to Stompy; and "These Beats" from ARGY's imprint These Days presents an impressive compilations of drum tools especially made for DJ use, from favorite beatmakers JEROME SYDENHAM, MARLON D, GUMMIhZ, and RADIO SLAVE.
