Austrailia's Central Music--whose releases have included all-star producers such as Sonny Fodera, Wattie Green, Corduroy Mavericks, and The House Inspectors--have partnered with Stompy for a unique remix competition of the iconic Brian Setzer Orchestra, one of the world's biggest swing bands! The aim in this competition is to push the boundaries of the industry and rework a separate genre of music into a dance floor smash.
Producers and Remixers will get the chance to work with original quality parts, then submit their mixes to the community as an anonymus remix. Voters will then judge for themselves by what they like to hear, rather than following their favorite artist.
The four remixes from the winners will be released on a massive EP with Central Music in January, with some premium cash advances and incentives. You can download the parts, vote, and read the rules and get the details at
